Jeff Silberman
ABOUT JEFF
For nearly a decade, Jeff has represented startups, venture capitalists and founders at the highest levels of the profession. After decamping to New Mexico from New York City, he broadened his practice to include the representation of individuals and business with all sorts of transactional, corporate and regulatory matters. He also expanded his life by obtaining his EMT, working as a Ski Patroller at Ski Santa Fe and advocating in political arenas for the legalization and adoption of psychedelic medicines (he is particularly proud of his work for the National Psychedelics Association). Jeff is licensed to practice law in both New York and New Mexico.
After graduating from NYU Law in 2014, Jeff started his career as a member of the “deal team” in the “Tech Group” at Lowenstein Sandler. He then moved to Perkins Coie, where he worked as part of that firm's “Emerging Companies / Venture Capital” roster of attorneys. Since leaving so-called “biglaw” in 2021, he continued to refine his practice by representing not only clients from the "start-up” scene, but also any private individuals, businesses or non-profits that require a "fixer" mindset.
In 2024, he started Epochē Legal to lead the change he wanted to see in the legal profession by blending stellar legal advice and his one-of-a-kind style with long overdue common-sense changes to accessibility and convenience.
